I made this recipe for a group of people at work, and they loved it. I am on a diet so I shaped them up a bit substituting with Splenda, egg substitute and fat free cream cheese, I also used a light cream cheese frosting, just because the whip cream would not of with-stood the car ride. Including all substitutions everyone loved them.

i made this recipe for work for food day.it took me pretty long to make it because i only had one muffin pan.but i think i should have used more cream cheese for the filling.i got creative towards the end.i didnt have enough choc. cake mix so i used cream cheese instead.looked like a buckeye before i put frosting on it.no cool whip.i also put cream cheese around the edges...but i did use the shortcut and put the cream cheese in a ziplock bag.easier to squeeze out.my cupcakes didnt look like the picture.i guess i didnt use enough cream cheese because you couldnt tell that the mini oreo was even in the cupcake..oh well live and learn. amy

Very easy to make and my preschool class just loved finding the Oreo inside! Next time I would use the canned whipped topping...it's heavier and would top the cupcake better. VERY GOOD!

This was a fun thing to do with the kids. Next time i will use a frosting or find a different way to use the cool whip for the frosting. But still very tasty.

This was very easy and fun to make with my 7 year old daughter. However..I don't recommend trying to do this in a mini muffin tin. The bigger cupcakes were much better. We also put chocolate frosting on ours..tastey treats!!

This was a very good recipe, and my 3 year old loved helping to put the cookies in the middle. When I baked them, my cheese cake fell to the bottom, instead of staying in the middle. But I will definitely make them again.

I made this cupcakes in chocolate and vanilla. I didn't not use the oreos, just the cream cheese. I also used regular butter cream frosting and they were delicious! My husband and I loved them!

Very good. I did substitute chocolate cake mix with yellow cake mix. Used chocolate whipped topping for icing, was delicious.
