This is a very tasty recipe that children as well as adults will like.

The recipe had no flavor at all - I made it several times over adding garlic once and rosemary for flavor, but was still very blah.

Not what I expected this recipe to taste like. I thought it would be good, because I like eggs, broccoli and hashbrowns, but the flavor was very "blaah"

I have to say that this is the first recipe that I thought was just completely awful. For my husband it was an aroma issue for me though it was the texture. I like the hash browns to crispy this was mushy and there was absolutely no flavor

It was O.K. Needs some salt.

This is perfect for brunch! Every person ate some and no one left a morsel on their plate. It was wonderful!

I tripled this recipe for my father-in-law's birthday breakfast. It was a hit. I made it with browned turkey sausage, onions, and bell pepper instead of the other veggies. I reduced the cheese because I used meat.

My husband & I loved this! After pressing the hash browns to form a crust I put them in the oven for 10 minutes so they wouldn't be soggy. I used sauted fresh mushrooms, onions & carrots instead of broccoli and arranged fresh tomatoes over these vegatables. Also added garlic powder and salt to the eggs. My husband was impressed!

Try using Ore Ida Cheesy hashbrowns. Do not use the 1/2 cup mozarella in the bottom. I didnt have onion powder the first time I made it so I used garlic powder. It tasted great! When I made it the second time with the original ingredients-it was way too bland!?
