This was very good, I did substitute browned sausage instead of mushrooms as my husband hates mushrooms and thinks every meal needs meat. :) I think this helped add a little more flavor to the dish. It was delicious though and I'm sure I'll make it again.

This dish was ok. There was not a lot of flavor for all the more bland ingredients like potatoes, mushrooms, and broccoli. The onion powder, pepper, and thyme just weren't enough. But the cheese and eggs came out good. I liked the "side salad" more than the hashbrown pie, but it was a quick, easy way to get some protein in the body.

we loved this dish, next time I might add some onions along with the mushrooms and broccoli, I think you could even shred your own potatoes instead of using frozen.

I liked the recipe but the hash brown potatoes did'nt really cook and they were white. I think maybe they needed more liquid. Next time I make this I think I would brown the hash browns first and then put in the other stuff. Other wise it really was tasty.

I made this, but substituted the veggies with turkey breakfast sausage. The family loved it. I will definitely make this again.

This recipe really had very little taste. I used the shreded hash browns as I thought they would probably crisp up better as a crust and that part turned out all right. Am not a big thyme lover so substituted garlic salt. It is easy to prepare, but there are much better quiche type dishes out there. Don't waste your time on this one.

I thought this was a little bland, and I'm not really sure about the broccoli and mushrooms together. I would like to try it with some other ingredients.

The recipe was simple and delicious! The only two things I changed was adding fresh broccoli instead of frozen broccoli and I put sliced frozen potatoes instead of frozen hash browns. My wife and I had this with breadfast burritos this weekend. There was none left. Need I say more?

The only thing I changed and put italian sausage crumbled in it and took out the broccali. My grandkids prefer the sausage to it.
