I followed the recipie exactly, and it was kind of "sticky" the sauce. It just like stuck together.

Of course, I ALWAYS add more shredded cheese than the recipe calls for. This was very good! Creamy and rich without the high fat content of cream. Even my husband had a second helping and he is annoyingly picky. I added a half teaspoon of salt and used shredded mozzarella/provolone cheese. I think next time I will use more than one red bell pepper and maybe use small penne pasta instead of spaghetti noodles. Definitely a winner!

excellent dish..I added 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 diced onion, and used 8oz. low fat cream cheese (Safeway was out of Neufchatel..imagine!!).. took it to work and it disappeared and gave recipe to 3 coworkers.

I substituted 1 onion and garlic for the mushrooms, added black pepper, worchershire sauce and cajun seasoning. Other than that, followed the recipe. Delicious. Making again tonight. Makes a lot.

I followed the recipe and added reviewers suggestions- diced onion, minced garlic & herbs. I also added about 2-3 tablespoons of sherry during the cooking of the veggies, as this is in most tetrazzini recipes. After these changes it was pretty good, and I'd probably make it again.

I followed the directions closely and agree with many others that this could use more seasoning. I think this recipe can be customized to agree with your taste. I especially like one writer's suggestion of trying this with ham. I also like that the recipe does not call for using a creamed soup. I think the ingredients are very healthy. I also think it could be made in a completely vegetarian style. I really enjoyed making this.

It was a little difficult to make but next time I'll make the noodles first rather than at the same time :o)
