I doubled the ingredients and that seemed to help with the dryness.

Very good, but not super tasty. Needs a little something spice-wise next time. Also a little dry... I chose to take out the mushrooms, and added shredded carrots instead. My husband even ate it, so it had to of been pretty good!

This meal would have been great, but it was very dry. I followed the recipe exactly. It definately needed something else to give it more flavor and moisture!

My family of picky eaters loved it! Quick and easy. I used canned mushrooms and roasted red peppers from a jar since I didn't have fresh handy. I will definitly make this again.

Was very good, added a can of mushroom soup so it wasn't so dry. My husband was crazy about it!

I added a chopped onion, used baby portabello mushrooms chopped up, 4 cloves of garlic crushed, some sea salt and smoked paprika. Very tasty, but could use a bit more sauce.

Very good. After reading the other reviews I did add extra cream cheese and a can of cream of mushroom soup. It was very creamy; not dry at all. I also added some spices to my chicken and mushrooms. It tasted great. We will make this again! Yummy!

The first time I made this recipe it was a little bland. I made it again tonight and added a little kosher salt to the chicken breast it was very good.
