I improvised and used some mesquite deli turkey and added 1 can of fat free cream of mushroom soup- fabulous. My husband dislikes casserole type meals, especially with chicken, this he said keep the recipe. Very easy to prepare. A keeper.

This was incredible! The flavor was wonderful and the dish was very filling. If you have a picky eater, cut the veggies into a bit larger peices so it will be easy to pick them out later.

Amazing! I wouldn't change a thing. Very good. Serve with a tossed salad and you have a gourmet meal.

This is another wonderful and easy recipe to make. I used turkey that was left over from thanksgiving and it worked just as well or if not better. I have also tried it with a rotisserie chicken which made it have so much more flavor. This is definitely a favor with my family.

My friend and I made this recipe together. I don't mushrooms so the next time she makes it she would add the mushrooms in. We also thought that it could use more seasoning, perhaps cream of mushroom soup.

This was wonderful and easy. The person that said this had no flavor and was a lot of work, obviously did something wrong!!

I love this recipe! It's so easy, and tastes great. I like to add peas to it too. I have made this multiple times.

I substituted peas for the peppers and used cooked chicken. I also seasoned with pepper and italian seasoning. My family enjoyed it, and I will definitely make this again

Got home later than expected and didn't make it to the grocery store - used what I had already for this yummy recipe...substituted bacon for the chicken that I had in the freezer (cut up into bite size pieces and fried up with peppers and mushrooms and sprinkled some garlic salt after done). You would never know that something was missing. May consider adding some fried onion and also chicken next time, but really liked the bacon in it.
