This cake is a little difficult to make but the end result is so delicious that it didn't matter. The ice melted a little too fast and it was a general mess trying to put it together but the kids loved it! Everyone wanted seconds!

This recipe was disastrous. By the time I got both ice cream layers onto the pound cake, they were both almost completely melted. I don't see how anyone could follow the recipe directions as stated and have a decent-looking cake. There is simply not enough time to assemble the layers and frost before melting occurs.

I made this for a food day at work and everybody loved it! I also made one for home because Iknew my fiance would love it also. This is so so so easy and heavenly to make and eat!

I have made this recipe in a variety of flavors and there have never been any leftovers. Very easy to make and the kids and adult kids love it.

This was a very simple and delicious cake!! I used chocolate chip ice cream instead of chocolate because my husband doesn't like chocolate very much. I will definitely make this again!

My son wanted this for his B-Day cake instead of the norm. I substituted the chocolate ice cream with strawberry (his favorite). The whole family, my son and all of his friends wanted more!

This was very easy to make and it holds up well in the freezer. My family loved it. Quick and easy that is what I like.
