You know, these were so yummy, but they didn't exactly turn out like they were supposed to. I don't know if it was a problem with the puff pastry, but only three of the rounds puffed in the oven, and the rest were pathetically flat. They were kind of a pain to cut in half - especially the ones that didn't rise - so putting them together wasn't so simple. But they tasted divine, and I got compliments on them despite their presentation. Interested in trying some different flavor variations; relatively easy and versatile.
