Luscious "Cream Puffs"

Not only is this pastry beautiful, but its also easy to make and delicious!!

This was super easy and delicious!!! I doble the recipe and made half chocolate and half vanilla. I want to use all the puff pastry, so I made sqaures instead circles. And I was in a hurry so instead the chocolate on top I dusted confectioners sugar. Next time Im going to use the chocolate on top just because I LOVE chocolate. Looking foward to do this eclairs again.

I made these for my brother's birthday party and they were a HUGE hit! My husband said they tasted like eclairs and everyone else agreed. I did make them with skim milk, light cool whip, and sugar free pudding. No one suspected they were "light" but when I told my soon-to-be sister-in-law, my uncle overheard and went back for thirds without guilt. Now they are requested as much as the birthday dessert! I made them with vanilla pudding and chocolate too, both were equally delicious. I also use hot fudge ice cream topping for the chocolate on top. It is very easy to put a little in a baggie and snip off the corner to make the lines on top. This one is definitely a keeper!

I stumbled upon this recipe @ Kraft.com and have made them several times. Each time I make these they are a big hit. In place of drizzled chocolate, I have topped these with sifted powdered sugar and they are equally delicious!

Loved it! Went over very well. Recommend using piping bag for chocolate drizzle if you want it to look nice.

This was fabulous! I made them bite size and used the premade pudding in the four-packs. Everyone wanted the recipe :-)

Great for a baby shower

These were great! Very quick & easy. Next time I will make bite size ones as they were messy to eat. Also, I just frosted the tops with the melted choclate as suggested. Tasted great & impressive.

Quick, simple and easy. I had to omit the chocolate drizzle as I did not have chocolate in my pantry. Still, my kids loved it.

I've made these puffs a few times for family, friends, and work functions and everytime they are a great hit.
