I made these using ham in some & turkey in the others. The ham were actually better. I rolled out 1 biscuit then filled it & topped it with another biscuit. I didn't use very much miracle whip because of other reviews I read, the family liked them, & they were easy to make & easy for the kids to eat.

Gave it a 4 b/c it's a good concept, just needs some work, tasted to much like miracle whip, next time I am going to only use turkey and cheese

I honetly thought it was going to tatse a lot better. It tasted a lot like mayo and they were not as crunchy as i wanted them to be.

These were the hit of the party! Everyone loved them!!! I mixed mayo, mustard, and cream cheese together. Put a little of that on the biscuit, then topped with turkey and moz. cheese (more than it said!). I would agree you need bigger biscuits, or use less filling. Otherwise they are hard to close and overflow when cooking. I used a fork to seal the edges--like grandma used to do with the fried pies!! Great recipe!

I would recommend using Grands biscuits and adding lots more filling. These will fill up even the hungriest bunch.

I laid a piece of thinly sliced deli turkey on one biscuit and then spoon the cheese mixture on top before I added another biscuit, pinching the sides of both. This made them a little heartier for a meal. I served them hot with tomato soup for supper. Later, I served another batch cold for a bridal picnic. Will keep this recipe for future entertaining use.

Easy, delicious, and will make again. I even made half of the recipe with ham and it turned out great as well. Great for snacks or I made them for lunch. I great change to using just bread.

My husband & I love these! I've made them several times since finding this recipe. They're a great appetizer or a quick, easy snack. I also tried the mixture on a toasted English muffin as a sandwich & that was delicious too.
