These were really quick and tasty... but the biscuits were hard to wrap around the filling and I used one biscuit for the top and bottom. However, they were GOOD!

Made ham and cheese for a community breakfast. Everyone loved them, next time, turkey and provolone with a marinara dip. Easy, quick and really good.

I made the ham version of this recipe for my boys, ages 10, 3, and 10 months. They loved it! My 3 year old even had seconds. I will definitely make this one again!

These need WAY more turkey. I used about 8 slices instead of the recommended 4 and my husband and I both felt it was too much "goo" and not enough meat. For just two of us, we used a package of five "Grands" biscuits instead of 10 small biscuits. That worked well.

I made these, but used 1 whole biscuit for the bottom and 1 for the top and ate them as our main course. I loved them with turkey, but my family would have preferred ham.

I made the ham variation. These were easy and delicious. They would also be great as a brunch item or as a side with soup.
