It was ok...not bad but not good and delicious. The left overs are really dry but that's pasts for you...

This is a live and learn recipe. It didn't seem to thicken and I had never made alfredo so I added more flour..........MISTAKE! I'll make it right the next time and I won't expect it to get as thick as I thought it would.

I love this recipe! It is very easy and delicious. I added a little butter and some fresh pressed garlic to the pasta before adding the sauce. When heating up leftovers (If there are any) just add a little milk.

Great! I only put in half as much nutmeg as recommended. I also added some garlic powder. I loved how it didn't get all sticky.

It didn't seem to have enough flavor for my taste, and the leftovers did not do well.

This is the most easiest recipe I've ever made. My teenage son loved it and he is very picky about what he eats. Thank you for a dish we all love.

I made this for my husband whom is a HUGE alfredo fan. I spiced it up a bit by adding fresh garlic.....it was fantastic! In his words, "it's a once a week recipe now".

My husband loves fettuccine alfredo, I made him this healthy version and he could not tell the difference from a high fat version. We both loved it! We used nutmeg and added extra parmesean cheese to top it. We will definatly be making this recipe again. Super Good!!!!

I was excited to see this recipe since I love fettuccine, but in the end I was very disappointed. If I were to make it again, I would leave out the nutmeg and parsley - I think those two ingredients were the ultimate reason I dislike the recipe. Not very tasty.
