Just made this tonight....it was sooooo yummy! Like a lot of other people i did not use the nutmeg, but instead used garlic powder. I also tossed in some cooked shrimp. It was Soooo creamy, never would be able to tell it was lowfat. I did use the parsely, but next time prob will not. I cant understand how anyone would not enjoy this recipe!!!

What an easy recipe to make. The only change I would recommend is add a little garlic powder to your taste and a little salt. Other than that it is perfect. My husband thinks dinner without meat is absurd, so I browned up some ground chicken breast and added it when I mixed the sauce. It made him happy and it was delicious. He said I had to definately make that again and again and again.... :)

This is a great healthy substitute for the traditional heavy, rich alfredo sauce. Wonderful with the nutmeg!

Excellent. I added blackend chicken to this recipe and it made it a little more flavoable. I also added the garlic flavored chicken broth.

This dish was excellent! I added brocolli to add some vegetables. Next time I make it I might add some chicken strips.

my favorite..thaank you i really appreaciate all makeover healthy recipes. they are great. nice to know we do not have to do without. and soooo reasonably unexpensive. great for me always ona tight budget have to take care of my health. thank you so much..

This was so simple to make, and I really felt good about serving it to my family too. I used organic, whole grain pasta to make it even "smarter". Even my VERY picky 10 year old liked it!
