I thought this recipe was great because it's hard to get a tasty alfredo sauce that's low fat. I added my own spices to flavor it up, but even my super healthy husband ate it! Will definitely make it again!

Very easy and delicious! I added dry parsley because I didn't have fresh and one minced garlic and it was delicious!

My family really enjoyed this recipe (children included). Especially knowing that it is healthier than the usual alfredo. Very filling. What a treat!

Like the one person, tasted better second day. So made a double batch - and used that way. We are alfredo freaks in this house!!!! I dropped the nutmeg and added fresh garlic. Didn't really miss the 'extra' fats. Yeah, still love the butter, cheeses, etc., however........ But let it sit in fridge overnight - the flavors 'blend' that way.

Excellent recipe! I added shrimp and lobster chunks to mine for a seafood alfredo and it turned out really good. No one had a clue it was a lower fat recipe. Highly recommend it.

This recipe was really much better the second day, the flavor had smoothed out and wasn't as sharp tasting, I will make this again.

It was very good, a little on the bland side, but other than that great for a low-fat version of my favorite dish. Will definetly make again.

Really good! The first time I made it, it was ok, but I added some garlic and some mushrooms the 2nd time and it is much better......
