this is a great recipe to use when dieting. i made this for my family and they didn't even notice that is was lower in fat. i added mushrooms to it and a little ham for a meal taste. i will make it for years to come.

This was a great dish!! I might add broccoli and chicken next time to make it more of a meal...otherwise, great as it is!

This recipe was excellent! I steamed some broccoli florets in the left-over chicken broth and added them to the sauce, as well as some fresh ground pepper and it was wonderful! A great light alternative to a tradionally heavy dish!

This recipe was easy to make but it was a little bland. I just added salt and pepper to it and it was ok but I think I will try some italian seasoning in it next time to try to kick the tasteup a little.

Great alternaive to the high fat version. Alfredo is my favorite and due to medical problems, it makes me sick due to the high quality of fat. This recipe tastes great and makes me feel like I can enjoy my old favorite again!

I loved this recipe!! I couldn't believe that it was low-fat! I added the garlic and substituted penne pasta for the fetticine.

PLEASE help. I made this tonight and actually served it along side chicken and french bread. To my surprise it was super bland! I followed the recipe to the "T". It did not have the taste of Alfredo sauce at all. I am willing to try this one again if someone can advise me on what I could do different to make it better. It WAS a beautiful meal to serve, but had not bite. Melissa
