If you have had real Fettuccine Alfredo anytime in the last 6 months do not make this as you will be sadly disappointed. Better than most diet versions I have tried, but some things in life are just meant to be reduced fat.

try using fat free chicken gravy or fat free cream of chicken soup for a richer flavor

Easy to prepare and surprisingly rich for the calorie savings.

The cream cheese took a while to mix in. We added extra parmesian as well. We really enjoyed it.

this was easy to make and it tasted good, but a little bland at times. i ended up putting about half a cup of parmesan cheese in the sauce itself while cooking (and it takes more time for it to thicken than what the recipe says). i added 1/2 pound of lightly sauteed shrimp at the last 2 minutes of thickening the sauce (u can also add chicken).

My family thought it was very good. I found that it took longer than 2 minutes to thicken the sauce.

My family absolutely loved it! I didn't think it would taste good by using cream cheese but it truly tasted good!
