This recipe is really really good and winner everytime I make it. I could help but notice this being featured in the vegetarian section as the number one voted recipe. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but this contains Chicken Broth.. meaning it's not vegetarian. You can add veggie broth or even no chicken vegan bullion to supplement. Just wanted to give my 2 cents. Thanks!

This recipe was quick and easy and I really enjoyed the taste. My 2 year old had seconds and my 4 year old had thirds! I'm thrilled to have a healthier alfredo to serve to my family.

This was a hit with my family, even my two year old loved it. I'll be making this one again.

This recipe is easy to make, tastes delicious and is better for you than the traditional recipe! My family loves it and I use it again and again!

I would make again WITHOUT the nutmeg. I added chicken as well for some more protein.

My family loves it. I have made this recipe with salmon, pork, chicken, shrimp and it was a hit every time.

Really good! Recipe as is can be quite bland. I added more garlic, less nutmeg, 1 tbsp of ceasar salad dressing, 1/4 cup bacon bits, 1 cup peas and served with chicken. Also, the sauce thickens MUCH better with cornstarch instead of flour!

I like my fettucine on the more cheesy side than creamy, this was just the right balance. Add fresh paremsan too. I will make this again!!

Made a full pound of pasta, doubled sauce. Would do a little less nutmeg next time.
