My husband thought this was "very good," which is really all that matters. I will need to experiment with the amount of crumbs and oil used to get the best crust. It stayed on for the most part, but was a bit thin and not crispy. It was still delicious, and the chicken was so moist and tender. It was the best chicken dish I've had in a long time, and one of Kraft's best. But it is a recipe that begs experimentation to get the crust just right. The rice was great cooked with the chicken broth. It gave it a great flavor. Fabulous!!!

All four of my family members enjoyed this recipe and asked for more. It will now be one of our standard menu items. Very easy and surprisingly delicious!

I made this recipe and my husband who doesn't care for chicken breasts, loved it. Great flavor! I did have to use more then 6 Ritz Crackers tho. I will definitely make this again. This is also good enough if you're having guest for dinner.

This turned out really good! And it looks like it was hard to make. I am not a rice fan so I substituted the brown rice for whole grain penne pasta and it was delicous. I will make this often!

The sauce was refreshing and complimented the breading on the chicken really well! GREAT DISH!

The recipe was easy to make and tasted great; however, I can't figure out how to get the crust not to stick to the pan. I put oil in the skillet and it still stuck so the chicken was not crunchy like I had hoped. Any tips?

My very picky 9 year old loved the chicken. I loved the sauce too. It was awesome!!! I would definitely make this again!
