My husband and I love this recipe. It's very easy to make and taste fantastic. I've made this several times now, it's become one of my easy go to recipes.

I have made this dozens of times - I like to use white wine instead of stock, and add in fresh cut chives

This recipe was awful. My boyfriend and I both didn't like it. I made the chicken with Shake N Bake parmesan (which is very good by itself) and baked the chicken at 375 for about 25 minutes. I've used the cracker and parmesan recipe in the past with other chicken recipes, and I think the Shake N Bake is better and more flavorful. No matter how much cream cheese I added to the broth, it never thickened, it was watery and chunky. The rice was extremely bland and dissapointing and quite frankly, I'm pretty upset that I wasted the rice because it all ended up in the garbage. A suggestion for the rice, add some boullion cubes (probably 2 for a small portion), butter, pepper to taste, and minced garlic (about a tablespoon or should do it). Next time, I'm just going to put some spagetti sauce on the chicken with some mozzarella and make it parmesan chicken! Needless to say, I will not be making this again.
