MMMMM, this is yummy. Although, my only complaint would be that the sauce which I followed the recipe on did NOT thicken. Was disappointed in that, but the taste of the sauce and the chicken was awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this tasted with minimal effort. I used freshly grated parmesan cheese instead of the canned stuff. The crust on the chicken was very tasty and nice and crispy. I also served this with steamed green beans and made extra sauce which I poured over the beans and rice as well. Will make this again, many times.

One of my favorites on Kraft Foods! I made this last night and it took me less than 20 minutes! I made it with cous cous and green beans and it was so good! Great for 1 or 2 people!

So I never follow a recipe exactally. I just made the chicken and I substituted Italian Bread crumbs for the crackers. So much flavor! Tender and delicious, my family loved it

This recipe was awesome. I followed the reccomendation to brown both sides of the chicken in the skillet and then bake. Will definitely be making again.

I actually asked my hubby to make this dish since I was looking for healthier options for my family and I get home late and am too tired to cook. This dish was extremely good and tasted like it should have been fattening. I used low fat everything - cream cheese, Ritz crackers and parmesan cheese, including reduced sodium chicken broth. YUM. My husband said it was really easy to make. Oh - and my kids LOVED it too. The only thing different I did was to use basmati rice instead of brown rice, and we didn't make asparagas. We will absolutely make this again and I'm printing it up now to pass out to my friends at work who are looking for tasty but healthier recipes!!

One of our favorites!!! I make the chicken with mayo mixed with parm cheese and then with breadcrumbs. Makes it super moist. The sauce is delicious.
