Absolutely Loved this!! The flavors together are so great! I make it in individual servings for lunch, I just put the canned ingredients in little plastic containers to use throughout the week.

This is super easy and very filling. I had some leftover ground beef so I cooked it with some taco seasoning and added that to the top too. Great for busy schedules

Very tasty, and easy. One suggestion I'd make though is that instead of using just plain tortia chips, use the Midnight Taco flavored Doritos. It helps bring in the taco taste and it was VERY GOOD.

I added a pound of ground beef with Taco Bell seasoning. Made for a very filling salad! Delicious!

Mix some bbq sauce with the dressing for a spicier southwestern dressing.
