Excellent salad recipe. Can also add a bit of grilled chicken and it makes a complete dinner.

this salad is really nice for those who live where it's hot. i also added ground beef to it to make it a taco salad.

It's a keeper! We did add chicken to it. Next time we will add some chopped tomatoes and some cumin.

It was good but I didnt like the salsa..ugh! but other than that pretty good, my picky eater did not like it and i added some southwestern flavored chicken that already comes prepared...that made it somewhat tastier!

Don't let the fact that this is a very simple recipe keep you from giving it a try. I've made it twice and plan to make it again this week. It's a real keeper.

This was the easiest thing I have ever made! Not only was it easy, but it was really good. I'm not a huge salsa fan, but this definitly made the dish. I didn't have cheese crumbles, so I just used cheddar and it was great. My husband ate it for lunch the next day.

This recipe makes 4 side salad servings or two servings as a complete lunch. Almost needs more lettuce ! Yummy
