I love this salad, and everyone I make it for loves it too. My mom doesn't even like salad, but this is an exception...she even requests it! I also normally add red onion, avocado, and/or tomato...yum yum!!

I made this and let it chill for a while before serving, which was not a great idea, since the salad become very liquid-y and soggy. If making this salad, serve immediately!

My husband and I love this salad. I do it a few different ways and it always taste great. Try breading some chicken in that new kraft southwest seasoning w/cheese. Oh wow is it yummo!!!

somewhat of a healthier version of taco salad. I substituted some plain yogurt for part of the ranch dressing. A keeper!

Love the salad! I add grilled chicken. To the dressing, I add a couple tablespoons of fresh lime juice and chopped fresh cilantro. I also sprinkle some of the cilantro over the salad when done.

This was sooo good and super easy! Great flavors! I used shredded cheddar cheese instead of the crumbles. Great summer time meal!

Love this recipe. Great with radishes and black olives. Try it with Spicy Ranch that's my fave :)
