Every easy, I have three kids all of them loved it too. We had this as a side with Spaghetti for dinner and they wanted seconds of this salad. It would work great just on it own.

This is great for lunch. A change from eating sandwiches. So easy to make and the ingredients are cheap since theres no meat. But if I want to make a dinner out of it I add some chicken.

What a quick and tasty salad! My family usually rejects anything new, but this one got a thumbs-up! I think adding some seasoned ground beef or grilled chicken breast would make it even better!

This was an incredibly tasty salad. I added Southwest roasted chicken strips to mine and it really had a nice filling quality for a simple salad. The flavors were so simple, but the end result was a complex array of deliciousness.

This was easy to prepare at a cookout I was invited to. It disappeared fast so I didn't have to worry about it sitting out too long! Everybody loved it!

I reserved about 4 Tablespoons of salsa and mixed it with the ranch dressing and it makes a FANTASTIC southwest style dressing for any taco salad. It was much better than using straight ranch, easy too! My whole family loved it!

Loved it! Didn't even need to add the dressing, it was flavorful by itself! The tortilla chips make give it just enough crunch, will definatley make it again!
