10-Minute Southwest Layered Salad

I came home from work and threw this together in less than five minutes. The longest thing was getting the stuff out of the fridge and pantry to make it. It was so good and it was a cool salad but filling, so it's great for hot days. I made a big batch and took little bowls of it to work for lunch each day. I left the ranch out because my husband doesn't like ranch, but I put it on my own portion. Soo yummy! And fast!

I also added chopped red peppers and avacado, I also used canned corn. It was really good.

Quick and easy to assemble, great to taste.

I added Southwest season grilled steak to the top of mine. My husband has requested it nearly very week.

I added cooked ground beef to this and served it for dinner. It was so good, my husband told me I should make it more often. I also used sour cream instead of ranch. Yummy!!

We're not big salad eaters, particularly my husband. But when I tried this recipe the first time my husband raved about it. It would be an especiallygreat salad to have with an outdoor bar-b-que meal. I'm hanging on to this recipe! Yum!

it was a guick fix not to mention delicious. I'd take this to any party. I mixed the spicey ranch with the regular to kick it up a notch
