I can not believe how fast, easy, and delicious this recipe is! I am always looking for filling, meatless dishes and this is a new favorite!

This was excellent. I added green onions, and cubed chicken breast which I baked with taco seasoning on top. You can also add some sour cream. It fills you up! YUMMY!

I just printed this recipe last week and have made 3 batches for myself and my husband, who are vegetarians. Excellent source of protein and vitamins! Excellent taste as well! I've shared with many people too!

I made the recipe with one alteration. I used ground beef w/taco seasoning in place of the beans. I knew my husband wouldn't eat the beans but would like everything else. I wasn't sure about the ranch dressing on it, but decided to try it anyway and it was very yummy!!
