I made the recipe with one alteration. I used ground beef w/taco seasoning in place of the beans. I knew my husband wouldn't eat the beans but would like everything else. I wasn't sure about the ranch dressing on it, but decided to try it anyway and it was very yummy!!

Very delicious and easy salad!! We liked it so much that we are making it again! The only changes we made were using black soy beans and left out the tortilla chips. Next time I might sprinkle some southwest spices on the layer of beans and corn to give it some extra zing. Highly recommended!

I had guest over for dinner, this salad was the talk of the night. It is the best and quickest salad I have ever made.

I love taco salads and I'm always looking for meatless entrees my husband will enjoy. It was great, even better than I expected. This will be one of my summer favorites especially on nights that are too hot to cook. I added some chopped jalapenos to give it a little kick.

AWSOME TRY IT , IT'S LIKE GOING TO A FAST FOOD PLACE AND BUYING A SALAD FOR HOW MUCH ABOUT $4.00 DOLLARS I INSTEAD BOUGHT ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS AND NOW COULD MAKE IT AND TAKE WITH ME WHILE I WORK OR SHOPPING!!!
