I added a layer of hamburger fried in taco powder and the party loved it. They said the salad looked so "festive" and tasted so "good."

My whole family loved this recipe. I washed my lettuce and drained my corn and beans and kept them in ziplock bags in the frige. All I had to do was put it together when we wanted a salad. It is a very delicious, quick meal. This will be a regular at our house from now on.

I loved the lighter recipe, but I mixed salsa with about half of the light ranch dressing . It gave it a kick and also cut down on calories.
