This is a great summer recipe!! Served it to girlfriends for lunch...they LOVED it!! No oven, dump in a bowl and lunch (or dinner) is served. Yum!

This is good but instead of ranch dressing, I use light catalina. It gives a nice taste that brings out more of the other flavors in the salad.

This was so simple and so delicious I will definitely make this again. I used the low fat ranch but you couldn't tell from all of the other flavors going on in the salad.

This recipe was VERY easy to make and VERY tasty to eat. I made it to take to an outdoor summer gathering and all my friends loved it. They even asked me to make it again next week! Also, one of my friends is a vegetarian...she enjoyed the dish very much since she didn't have to worry about what was "in it".
