Loved it, but...did need some more flavor, so I used chicken broth instead of vegetable, and added pepper, salt and a little cumin. Very tasty!

I added some allspice, pepper and additional nutmeg to this recipe to make it a bit fuller in flavor. The recipe was great because it didn't have too much broth, nice and hardy.

I really enjoyed this soup. It's easy to prepare and presents nicely for company. Delicious, too!

Yuck! Too bland. I added seasonings (white pepper and garlic salt) to make it tolerable. I think the only good squash soup recipes include cream, thereby making them far less healthy than this recipe.

This was really good. I added cinnamon, more butter, salt and pepper. I loved it and so did my sister. I dolloped sour cream and it was mmmmwwuah!!

It was a good soup..I would put a little zing into by adding serrano chiles or jalepño this is to avoid sweetness of the whole soup.. BUT GREAT RECIPE

This soup was good as long as you added the honey nut cream cheese, but it was very filling... next time I may just have a small portion along with 1/2 a sandwich, instead of just the soup for dinner... great for a side dish or appetizer soup.

We just did not like this recipe. Both my husband and I are not very picky but for some reason we just couldn't eat this.

Love this recipe. It's a great comfort food on a cold, fall day. The honey nut cream cheese really pulls it together.
