Mine turned out very watery even though I drained the spinach. It certainly didn't stay nicely stacked like the picture. I had to use imitation crab because the real crab was just too expensive ($11 per can). I wouldn't make it for company, but it's fine for my husband.

Although it was tasty, it could have used more flavor. It seemed a bit watery, also. Perhaps because I used 1% milk. Prep. time was definitely more than 15 minutes.

Reheats wonderfully. I used no-cook lasagna noodles, shrimp, fake crab, and scallops. I micro-steamed the fish stuff with some old bay to cook it and speed up a step.

I doubled up on the sauce part of the recipe, and also threw in 4oz of cream cheese. Also added chopped green onions to the spinach mixture and substituted ricotta for the cottage cheese. Big hit with family and co-workers. Next time will be also adding scallops and possible some shredded sole (or other white fish).

For ease of prep I used cream of shrimp soup, instead of the white sauce. Also I don't cook the noodles, I make it up the night before, cover with alum foil. By the next day the noodle have soaked up the extra liquid. This realy works great. Next time I will add a little onion.

I could only really taste the spinach. I think next time I would add more shrimp or maybe some lobster. I actually added more cheese to mine this time and I'm glad I did. Overall I enjoyed this recipe.
