It was easy to make, just got to simmer it enough till everything is well cooked. It had a great flavor and loved it.
my husband and son ate the whole plate!!!
I followed the recipe except did not use the Honey Mustard - just plain Grey Poupon. I cooked it for 20 minutes and the sauce was really runny - not thick and the pork chops never even got to 160 deg. Also, tasted blah without salt & pepper.
This is one of my kids favorites! It has lots of flavor!
Easy to make. You can vary it in many different ways.
Easy, tasty, and impressive. I make it with turkey chops.
This was pretty good. I steamed the carrots in the microwave for 3 minutes to soften them a little before adding them to the skillet with the pork chops. Very easy recipe.
I liked the recipe because it was a one dish meal, but it took me longer to cook it than stated. I was afraid the chops wouldn't be done so after cooking for awhile I added a litte water and simmered a little longer. Of course that caused it to cook dry which I didn't like. The rice needed the sauce on it and since I had some left over turkey gravy I warmed it and poured it over mine. I think the sauce would have been better though and it gave the chops an excellent flavor. I would like to try it again and cook the chops a short time before putting the sauce on them or maybe I would transfer them to a baking dish and stick it in the oven . My husband liked the way the carrots were cooked so that is definitely a plus. The chops turned out tender but I would have liked them a bit more tender than they were and would have liked to have the sauce on the rice. Hopefully next time it will turn out better.
Absolutely wonderful. Quick and easy just like the title. I have twin infants and I actually got to make this recipe in one swoop, so it took less than an hour. I was so excited about how yummy and juicy the pork chops were, I am looking forward to making it again.
I made this last night for dinner but I used bone-in chicken thighs. It was so good my husband had a large second helping. I also used wild rice for the side dish. I will make it with pork next time.
