Too much bbq sweetness for my taste. And the carrots didn't really made sense.

This was extremely delicious, and quick preparation time. I did however use altenate on the dressing and dijon mustard. We enjoy a bit of a kick (spice) in our foods, and I used Krafts Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing with Spicy Dijon Mustard, the aroma was enough to bring my teenagers into my kitchen filled with curiosity as to what we were having for Dinner.

Everyone loved this recipe! My only suggestion would be to maybe double the marinade recipe for those who like there to be more sauce. It went very well with broccoli and cheese.

very simple to make. it beats the same plain old pork chops and is definitely healthier than frying them, which I would normally do. I didn't add the carrots. I used regular mustard but added a tsp of sugar. i marinated the chops for only 30 min before cooking and the taste still made it into the meat. i had to cook them for longer than the recipe indicated because I used fairly thick chops.

LUVED THE MARINADE...THE CARROTS DIDN'T WERE STILL A TAD HARD BUT GAVE THE DISH A NICE TEXTURE.
