I'm a sauce person, so I tripled the sauce mixture. I accidentally bought Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard instead of the Honey Mustard. So, I mixed 3 Tbsp of the Dijon with 1 Tbsp of Honey, to compensate. I also, baked this at 375 degrees for about an hour. I thought it was absolutely delicious!!!!

I let one of my friend's borrow my Kraft food and famiy Magazine and she made this tonight. It was so delicious and full of flavor. I would add extra carrots because they are so tastey.

O.K. but not outstanding. The rice & sauce was a good combo. I read the comments 1st & doubled the sauce because rlmcgrath said there wasn't enough. It made too much! ;) So just do 1 1/2 times the sauce. I used frozen thawed crinckle cut carrots. Probably won't make again. Unless I grilled the chops instead of simmering 'em.

It was easy to make, but not that good. It didn't make much sauce, so we didn't have much for the rice. Also the carrots did not add to the flavor.

We loved it. I'll definitely be making it again. Although, next time, I'll double the sauce. We didn't have enough to go around and I had to push the carrots down to ensure they all cooked in the sauce. I would also marinade it overnight.

My family loved this one! Zesty and full of flavor. The pork chops were nice and juicy-I think next time I will make this one with pork tenderloin. Great recipe!!!

I used chicken instead of pork, but will use it for pork in the future. My husband LOVED the recipe and he said it is one of the best recipes I have tried! I also used fresh green beans instead of carrots. This recipe is easy and full of flavor.

I didn't care for this recipe, and niether did the hubby. It was okay, but probably will never make it again.
