I was having dinner for friends and one friend wanted to bring something. Said she wanted to try this casserole that was in your spring book she received. I said fine. After re-looking at your book that I also get, to check out the recipe, I spotted the The Ultimated Stuffed Mushroom recipe above the broccoli casserole and made that. That we rated as 5 star also. One of our friends is not a stuffing person at alllll... see this dish on table and is not going to touch.. Then after we started dishing out and sees, what is underneath, all things she likes, she is looking at in a different view. Because of all the good things she like she decides it is worth a try..another helping later, it was this is great, I can take stuffing this way. It was a 5 star hit by all and what little leftovers there were we were fighting over. You recipes are the best... Easy, quick, tasty and good for you. Keep of good work.

This one was very easy and quite tasty. I used 1 can of Cream of Celery soup instead of mushroom soup. I will definitely make this one again.

This was very easy and so tasty. I used fresh broccoli and steamed it first. I made it for my daughter's birthday party and it disappeared fast!

This was extremely easy to make. If you are a big cheese and broccoli lover, adding the stuffing tops it off. The only thing I did different was I doubled the amount of cheese since my family loves cheese!

I wasn't too crazy for this recipe. Maybe I used the wrong type of cheese...I usually don't buy the brands they ask...come on I'm a college student wherever I can save a few bucks. All in all it was mediocre.

Excellent flavor, easy to prepare and very tasty! We added browned ground beef between the veggie and stuffing layers! It made an outstanding main dish, definitely a keeper!

It was the perfect side dish!!! We pared it with crispy chicken with cream sauce (the sauce was not a hit) and it was fantastic!! Will make again!!!

The only thing I would change is to use small cuts of broccoli. I made this recipe with chicken. I cut one pound of chicken breast into cubes. I browned it before adding it to the cassarole. I also substituted the cheez whiz with velveeta low fat cheese.
