I've made this about 10 times now because my boyfriend loves it so much... the only difference is I boil some chicken, chop it up and add it to the mix... its great.

TASTY-I used fresh uncooked broccoli-torn up very small-a few of the really firmest pieces i microwaved in bowl of water 1st for 2 minutes-worked out great. i substitued cream of chicken soup cuz i think that has better taste. HINT-don't try to mix this up in the pan you are going to bake it in--made mess up sides of pan.. Mix it in a bowl-then transfer to pan. Oh, i guess you could mix it up in baking pan...

I've made this recipe before seeing it on this site, only I had a little less broccoli/more stuffing (depending on how much I'm making), and I topped it with shredded cheddar cheese before baking. The Cheese Whiz and cream of mushroom soup make it creamy and add loads of flavor, but adding shredded cheese on top helps to hold it all together and give it a little crust and extra zip. I don't eat meat, so this recipe has been great to use as a "main course" at holidays.

This turned out great! I made a prime rib and baked potato dinner, and used this as my side dish. The next day, my husband (who eats meat with every meal- even midnight snacks) had this for lunch instead of a prime rib sandwich!!! I was shocked... It was very easy and inexpensive to make, and it is idiot-proof (I didn't thaw and drain the broccoli, and it still turned out great!)

My family loved it, I wouldn't change anything in the preparation of this dish. I'll be serving this dish again.

My family really enjoyed this dish, we also added dice up chicken breasts pre-grilled & it made it a complete casserole.

Everyone liked. I next time would cook brocolli for a little bit in microwave to make it a little bit softer.

This was awesome, I used a crushed ritz crackers for a topping instead of the stove stop stuffing, you just mix a pack of ritz crackers with a stick of melted light margarine and put in on top, its a little more fattening but it tastes better to me.
