I've made this recipe before seeing it on this site, only I had a little less broccoli/more stuffing (depending on how much I'm making), and I topped it with shredded cheddar cheese before baking. The Cheese Whiz and cream of mushroom soup make it creamy and add loads of flavor, but adding shredded cheese on top helps to hold it all together and give it a little crust and extra zip.
I don't eat meat, so this recipe has been great to use as a "main course" at holidays.
