My usually not-expressive husband loved this and said I NEED to keep this in our repertoire. I mixed cheddar and mozzarella shredded cheese to add something extra.

I thought this recipe looked really good--but it tasted great! I added a little more cheese to mine, and I also salt and peppered the eggs while cooking. Trying with a condiment would be good, but I think it is super as is. Really fast and easy!!

This dish was easy to make but next time I am going to put something spicy in the eggs when I cook them. The flavor was a little bland but besides that it was a great dish. I will certainly make it again, just with a little kick.

Wonderful! I also sauted mushrooms and chopped green onions before adding eggs to the skillet. It was a hit and was quick and easy.

This was like a stack of egg quesadillas, and I love quesadillas. Very yummy!

I added some steamed broccoli and hard salami and it was really good. Even my husband who does not like tomatoes ate the whole thing!!!

This was a very easy dish to make, and it tastes great! Next time I make it, I plan to add some finely chopped green bell peppers and finely chopped jalapeno peppers to the recipe.
