I've made it twice so far, and expect to make it more! My family and friends have loved it. I added a twist of vegetable shaped pasta to make it more colorful and fun.

I've made this recipe three times - each time its came out great! Last time I made it I used Pappardelle pasta - superb! I also have passed this recipe on to 5 different people. I gave this recipe to my sister to try, and her husband loved it. He was so impressed that he had her make it for a school potluck (he is a high school teacher) and she was also asked for the recipe by quite a few parents. Looking forward to the reviews from the rest!

I used frozen spinach, just thawed it out and squeezed out the excess water, and rotini pasta. I cooked my bacon in the microwave which made it all very simple! Don't put the bacon on until you dish it up!

I liked this, husband said "It's alright." I maade it for 2 so quartered the recipe and still had some left. I served it over the spinach and had a nice warm salad. Will make this again.

Not as good as I thought it would be. My husband doesn't want me to make it again, so I probably won't.

This has become a family favorite and I serve it every couple weeks. There are just two of us and the recipe is very easy to divide in four. Not a lot of dishes, either. It's a true one-dish meal with the spinach and tomatoes. Yum!
