This pasta toss is light enough for summer but filling enough to be a meal with small side.

My Husband and I liked this dish very much. I used spinach fettuccini noodles and instead of plain mozzarella, I used a six-cheese italian blend. We thought it needed some pepper, next time I'll add a little red pepper flakes. Will make this again!

I made this recipe for a Sunday brunch. It was a huge hit. I did add some artichoke hearts along with the tomatoes. I will definitely make this light dish again!

I thought that the amount of spinach was overwhelming, it did make a lot, enough to feed a crowd. It was tasty, but doesn't make good leftovers, unless you serve it as a pasta salad. I don't think I would make this again.

This was so easy to make and I loved it! I used Penne pasta and subsituted the mozerella cheese with Italian three cheese and it was great! I may throw some mushrooms in it next time...yummy!

My family loves this recipe. I have 2 girls that are 2 ad 4 and they eat it right up. When I first made it I forgot to save the water from the noodles so I used canned chicken broth instead. This gives it much more flavor!
