quick, easy, and you usually always have all of the ingredients. I made this with some muffins for dinner one night.

I had another recipe for breakfast burritos that everyone loved, I had to start making it the night before and it took forever. I don't make that one anymore as this one is even better tasting and it's so easy.

Perhaps it was my cooking that caused a dissapointment. Will attempt again, replacing the ham with sausage, more cheese, and maybe some heated maple syrup (all within the tortilla). My fiance's burrito fell apart, so I'm hoping these added ingredients will act as adhesives. Note: Added cooked bacon and pepper. Result was still too dry.

i loved this recipe. the only thing that about it was the eggs weren't fluffy. i also used sausage instead of the ham...YUM YUM!!

The taste was good, but the eggs did not come out quite like the picture. I think that I added too much liquid to the eggs (I eyeballed the salsa) and they did not come out very fluffy.

Wonderful for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I omited the ranch dressing, but it is a great recipe. My husband and I loved it. Even my very picky 2 and 4 year old sons liked it (which is amazing)! Will make again and again!
