I made this for my family and even my son who doesn't like veggies enjoyed it! I made slight adjustments because we are a family of 5, one who is a growing teenager. My husband very much enjoyed and said it was one of the top 3 things I have cooked! THNX!

I used chicken tenders, mushroom soup, and shredded sharp cheddar instead of velveeta. I added some cream to the soup so it wouldn't be as thick. It was really good and my kids liked it too, they even ate the broccoli.

Amazing and super easy!! We didnt have enough rice so we used stuffing as well as a little brown rice. It was great over stuffing as well. I also added almost a can of water, handful of italian bread crumbs towards the end, some Mrs Dash & italian seasonings and it was great, huge hit! Will def make again & have forwarded the recipe to friends

Delicious. Cooked chicken longer before adding the rest of the ingredients. I combined the soup, cheese and some chicken broth (low sodium soup and chicken broth and skim mozzarella cheese) and heated slowly before pouring over spinach and chicken in the skillet. Yes, substituted spinach for the broccoli. Added black cracked pepper and garlic powder. Do again.

My hubby and I really enjoyed this dish. Next time, I'll add some extra seasoning though.
