Just made this recipe and my husband and I both enjoyed it. I salt and peppered the chicken breasts before I cooked them. Very simple- I'll definitely come back to this one on a busy weeknight!

We are a Military family and with the late nights my husband works its hard to find good quick meals for dinner, but this was an easy and quick meal to make. My husband and I LOVED IT!! He took leftovers to work and all the guys there loved it also...Definitely will be making again!!!

Super creamy and cheesy, the whole family loved it! I added a few dashes of garlic powder and cajun seasoning to pep it up a bit, and it tasted great. I also used chicken tenderloins, which cook faster and more evenly while staying tender better than breasts. Overall a winner that I will be sure to make again!

My husband said this one was a keeper! Simple to prepare and very tasty! I used brown rice which has a lower glycemic rating. I also added fresh ground black pepper to the chicken while sauteeing it. Thanks for a tasty healthy meal for my family!

I thought that this dish was bland, my husband added pepper and thought it tasted better. I also cooked my chicken on the george foreman as kducaine did and I used brown rice.

I always cook the chicken on a healthy grill (such as a forman) I also seasonit first and reduced the amount of cheese!

I made this recipe last night. it was VERY easy to make but i pulled the chicken out of the skillet to make the cheesy sauce. it made it easier to stir. i also added some chicken stock to it to thin it out a lil to go a lil further. next time im making a double batch of the sauce. its hard to believe this one is low cal. its so yummo! everyone that was here lastnight LOVED it! i got told it was a keeper.
