This was a great dish. I suggest precooking the chicken breast next time. It took a while for the chicken to cook thoroughly. (I had to take chicken off of my daughter's plate and cook in microwave). Otherwise a great meal and very esy to prepare. Ms. D of Toledo, Ohio

Even easier with already-roasted chicken fresh and hot from the supermarket! Just prepare everything without the chicken and them in the microwave (to save time and electricity-bill money). Microwaving time depends on your microwave. Cut up the chicken, and dress it with everything you just microwaved.

My husband loved this. Though I do suggest heating and cooking everything separately, it works much better. We even made it for our wedding reception and got lots of good comments!!!

chicken took MUCH longer to cook than expected. I probably cooked it for twice the amount of time it calls for before it wasn't pink anymore. and that was after the original cooking and then simmering. the finished product was yummy, but i'll need to adjust times and maybe cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces instead of leaving it in large pieces

My family loved this recipy. Next time I make it, I'll cut the chicken up instead of doing the whole breast. Excellent meal and very easy to make.
