Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

I used whipped garlic & herb cream cheese and used a bit more dressing. It was great - everyone loved it - I have a husband, 2, and 4 year old.

This was FABULOUS! I put in extra Italian Dressing and added Garlic powder to it for extra flavoring. I also used 4 oz of cream cheese. It was so tasty. My husband loved it. I will definetly make it again.

This recipe is delicious. I could not find the neufchatel cheese so I used regular creme cheese. My husband loved it.

Very easy and very tasty, I added garlic because I cook with a lot of garlic and I used real parmesan cheese, make a tossed salad and garlic bread and you're eating Italian!!!

Very easy, good tasting spaghetti. I made it for a large group of people. Just double and put it in a baking dish in the over until ready to serve!
