Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

My fussy seven year-old daughter couldn't finish her first helping quick enough to get seconds of this! It was a big hit at our house!

I used the kraft free zesty italian and the fat free cream cheese. I added some italian seasoning. My daughter and I worked on it together and doubled the recipe and with 5 of us in the family there was none leftover.

i AM ALWAYS SO DISAPPOINTED WHEN I SEE A RECIPE THAT SOUNDS GOOD BUT SERVES 6. I AM ALONE AND DON'T WANT FIVE DAYS OF LEFTOVERS.

This was a great twist to everyday pasta dishes. I didnt use ZESTY dressing and I think thatss why it tasted kinda bland.. I would make this again with the ZESTY dressing.

I thought this was very easy for a weeknight dinner. A little different twist on traditional spaghetti.

This was quick, easy, and very good! Because some people had commented that this was bland, I did use the diced tomatoes with oregano, basil and garlic already added. This will become a regular recipe with my family.

This was delicious! My husband said it's better than the sauce I usually make (my sauce is basically the same, but without cream cheese and Italian dressing). I also added some italian seasoning and used whole wheat pasta.
