Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

Simple and delicious. I used low-fat sausage instead of hamburger and it took the recipe to another level! EXCELLENT. Also added garlic with the onion. The cream cheese gives it a great richness!

Tastes great and its easy to make! Left out the onions (I live with picky eaters), and used ground turkey instead of ground beef. Made for dinner with roommate one night and then heated the leftovers up the next day for dinner with one of my friends. He couldn't believe I'd made the sauce myself! And I was suprised at how well the leftovers were! Will definitely make again. :)

We enjoyed this dish. I added chopped garlic to the onions and used Italian seasoned diced tomatoes to give it more flavor. Some red pepper flakes added a little kick. Will definitely make again!

great flavor. my boyfriend doesn't like cream cheese, but he loved this dish. just something different from our usual spaghetti-and-meat-sauce.

I've never had bolognese sauce to compare this to, but for a first time taste I thought it was amazing!!! I will never make spaghetti any other way. Plus, it was so simple and inexpensive to make. This is highly recommended!
