Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

Both my boyfriend and I loved this! It's a great way to make spaghetti, and I love that it used lower fat ingredients to make it a little healthier than spaghetti bolognese typically is.

This recipe was very easy and it turned out great. Made a lot of sauce so we can also have it for leftovers (we are a family of 3).

I love this recipe. It is a super easy way to have a close-to-homemade taste. I don't usually add the cream cheese because the sauce is already good without it. I also like adding a few musrooms to the sauce or sometimes even very finely chopped green pepper. This just adds an extra zing to the dish.

Recipe turned out good, but wasn't much different than normal meat sauce from a can. Not sure if my fiance cared much for it either. Made more than enough for the two of us, lots of leftovers.
