Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

This is going to be the official way I make spaghetti sauce from now on. Great taste! I made mine in the slow-cooker.

My husband and I love making this recipe. We make the entire recipe, even though it's just us, and then have leftovers for lunch.

All I can say is OMG this was soooooooo good! Everyone around here no longer wants regular spaghetti anymore. This was so simple to make and was the BEST recipe I've found in years!

My husband and toddler loved it. I would like to make the "bolognese"spicier maybe with some extra zesty italian dressing or maybe some horseradish.

Very good......would help if you printed the size of a serving... on all the recipes.Know it serves 6, hard to divide on a plate or bowl.

Loved this recipe i never review recipes but i was really surprised by this one. I made it as written but with wagon wheel pasta. even my super picky 19 year old loved it. i will make this once a week.

This was absolutely fabulous!!!!! Made this for my family and everyone loved it!!! It is a bit on the spicy side with the Ro-tel. Would suggest using Ro-tel mild if you're not a fan of spicy foods.

This was great! My husband doesn't like spaghetti but he was pleasantly surprised when he took a bite. It's hard to change his mind about liking something but this did it. Thank you for the recipe.
