Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

love it!! this is one of my favorite kraft recipes and last night i found a way to make it even better... when i went to the pantry, the only diced tomatoes i had were the ones w/ chile.... AMAZING substitution!!! :)

I followed the recipe to a "t" except I added some mushrooms and garlic. This was really good, I didn't know the difference between bolognese and regular spaghetti, now I know that bolognese is nothing more than meat sauce, which I have been making for years. The Italian dressing and cream cheese really makes this sauce.

I liked this thickness to this sauce. I added fresh basil & a 1/4 cup extra light italian dressing. I may add less beef next time and may add some more veggies.

This was very good my whole family enjoyed and I will be making it again! It has a lot of flavor and is real easy to cook. My family doesnt like onions but they were so good in the sauce!

This was an awsome recipe. Everyone enjoyed it. I dont understand why some people comment that it was bland. They must not have been making it properly, it was full of flavor. I would recommend using your favorite jar of sauce instead of plain canned sauce. i like the sweet tomato basil the best.

I have made this recipe and have made it since several times. My whole family loves this version of spaghetti. My kids even eat this, and like I have msgd many times anything that they love is a plus in our home.
