Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

I have made this several times. It is the best spaghetti recipe I have ever eaten and it's low in fat.

Wonderful recipe! I did cut the onion in half and used sweet Italian sausage. My husband and kids loved it! It is now on our regular monthly dinner schedule.

My husband and I are trying to eat healthier. We tried this recipe a few months ago and it was AWESOME. It's a good change from the plain spaghetti sauce. My husband keeps asking for it! Make a little extra to take to work the next day!

This was very good. You can't even really taste the cream cheese, it just gave it a nice creamy texture. My husband thought it had too many onions & wouldn't eat it- Oh well, more for me! I won't have any problem eating the leftovers!

This is absolutely delicious! It was quick and easy to make, and I already had everything on hand. My dad is a pasta lover so this will be his Father's Day dinner this year.
